Cancellation Policy

- All copy / scenes / songs need to be emailed to HeatherMarieMarsden@gmail.com NO LATER than 24 hours before your session. If materials are not emailed, you will waste valuable coaching time. - Heather does her homework before your session, so, make sure you do yours! Go through your scene or song and be as familiar as possible. It is not necessary to memorize yet. - Cancellations can only be made 24 hours in advance. This time has been reserved for you. Anything less than 24 hours results in you losing your session fee.
